The MIND is the starting point of every act thought and feeling; the mind is the common meeting ground of the Source Creator and you. The Creator IS Universal Mind and Unity Consciousness. We are in the consciousness of the one universal Mind which has no sense of apartness from The Source Creator.


The Mind or Mental body is one of the four subtle bodies. It is overstood as a of body made up of thoughts. Just as the emotional body consists of emotions and the physical body is made up of your physical matter. The Mind can be innerstood in three components the conscious mind, the sub conscious mind and the super conscious mind. Mental subtle body is interchangabley Governed by these three components, mostly our subconscious mind. Our subconscious is described as the part of the mind that is a huge repository of information, feelings, memories and behaviors that have been received at one time or another by the conscious mind. This means The subconscious holds everything you’ve ever experienced and everything you’ve ever learned from those experiences stores that information and uses those things for later retrieval. This is The deeper source for every thought feeling and behavior that we experience. the subconscious mind also manages and controls the subconscious body functions that are expressed through the nervous system. This, is why it is imperative you feed nurture and protect your mind. The Mind is your perception of reality and your personal physical experience, it is intricately connected to how you manifest your life.


The Metaphysical Definition of the Mind is the seat of perception of the things we see, hear, and feel. It is through the Mind that we see the beauties of the earth and sky, of music, of art, in fact, of everything.


Through Affirmations Mantras and Daily, prayer we can attune ourselves from becoming to just Being. transmute our thoughts into ideas, and accomplish the seemingly impossible. Since Mind Body spirit are three parts of a whole its important you are aware that it is the interconnectedness of the mind body spirit and soul that leads a Holistic balanced healthy Lifestyle.

Breathing techniques

Believe it or not, breathing is also a form of meditation when done correctly. The Element of Air represents spirit speaking cosmically. Your Air, your every breath is your life force it is your pathway to connecting with spirit and who you look to as the higher power. God, Source, the Creator, The omnipresent energy is what gives you life. Therefore many masters suggest Breathing meditation techniques reinforce your meditation.
